Elite Society curates elevated luxury transportation and vehicle experiences for weddings, corporate travel, special events, and personal milestones throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Services Offered
Elite Society provides two experience types:
Professional Chauffeur Experiences
Curated Self-Drive Vehicle Experiences
Each experience is intentionally designed and structured. Service details, inclusions, duration, mileage allowances, and vehicle-specific terms are clearly outlined at the time of booking and may vary by vehicle and service type.
Reservations & Payments
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure availability.
Payments are explained through Stripe, our secure payment processor. A reservation is not confirmed until full payment has been successfully processed.
By completing payment, the client authorizes Elite Society to charge the total service amount, including any approved additional charges incurred during the experience.
Stripe Payment & Charge Authorization
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking, the client authorizes Elite Society to charge the payment method on file for the full service amount at the time of reservation, as well as for any approved additional charges incurred during or after the experience, including but not limited to extended service time, excess mileage, cleaning fees, damages, or policy violations.
All charges will be documented and applied in accordance with the confirmed service terms.
Chauffeur Experience Structure
Chauffeur services are reserved as full-day experiences, unless otherwise specified. A standard full-day chauffeur experience includes up to eight (8) consecutive hours of professional chauffeur service, beginning at the first confirmed pick-up location.
Any changes to the confirmed itinerary — including additional stops, extended service time, or mileage beyond the included allowance — may result in additional charges.
Self-Drive Experience Structure
Self-drive experiences are subject to verification, eligibility approval, and vehicle availability. Additional requirements may apply prior to vehicle release.
Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. Late returns, excessive mileage, damage, or violations of usage guidelines may result in additional charges.
Additional Time, Mileage & Charges
Any service time, mileage, or requests beyond what is included in the reserved experience are billed separately based on the selected vehicle.
Whenever possible, additional charges are reviewed and confirmed with the client prior to being applied.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including itinerary details, locations, timing, and contact information.
Any schedule changes or updates must be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes may not always be accommodated.
Delays & Force Majeure
Elite Society is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or liability.
Conduct & Vehicle Care
Clients and guests are expected to treat vehicles, chauffeurs, and staff with respect. Excessive mess, damage, unsafe behavior, or violations of vehicle policies may result in additional fees or immediate termination of service without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Society’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the reserved service. Elite Society is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed events or third-party disruptions.
Modifications to Terms
Elite Society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

By accessing this website and completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Elite Society’s Terms & Conditions, including payment authorization, service structure, and experience policies.
