Elite Society reservations require advance planning and dedicated resource allocation.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of the reservation deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
• Same-day cancellations are subject to the full service rate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No-Shows
Failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up time without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
